On the interior, we completed a full popcorn ceiling scrape and re-texturing throughout, drywall and painting across the home, and full remodels of the powder room, guest bathroom, and master suite. The kitchen was completely reimagined with floor-to-ceiling shaker cabinetry, a custom quartz island and backsplash, and quartz surfaces carried into the bathrooms as well. We also refinished and painted the central staircase and mantels. Finally, our electricians replaced all fixtures, lighting, and face plates to upgrade the home’s overall aesthetic. This project ran from April through September 2025 (6 months total). The extended timeline was due to the homeowner adding scopes of work and design changes throughout the process. A project of this size would typically take around 3 months start to finish.
