This project began with the demolition of a failing timber wall, replaced by a 300’ double-tiered engineered concrete retaining wall with a stone face. Exterior improvements included a 10-zone irrigation system (Ewing Irrigation materials), St. Augustine sod, premium landscape with stone borders, and an 8’ board-on-board cedar fence with Shark hinge gate frames, trim, top cap, and kick plates. We extended the back patio to a 20’ x 20’ covered structure designed to match the home with shingles and Hardy board. The addition included a full electrical and entertainment package (55” mounted flat screen and Sonos surround sound) plus a complete outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, beverage fridge, Kohler stainless sink and faucet, commercial misting fan, and Green Egg smoker. The exterior design is complemented by a meticulously planned landscape lighting system.
